Do you have minimum contract terms?+
Standard agreements run 12 months with a 30-day termination clause after the first quarter. We can quote shorter terms for project-only engagements.
How does pricing work?+
Per-user or per-device, in three tiers. The tier covers hours of coverage, response SLAs, and the depth of proactive maintenance. We share the price per tier on the discovery call.
Will you replace my existing tools or use them?+
Both options work. We can plug into your existing RMM, ticketing, and monitoring tools, or onboard you onto our managed stack — whichever is faster and cheaper for your situation.
